Dear Parents and Caregivers,

We are beginning our second Bible Discovery Zone rotation, and I am continuously blessed to see the excitement in our children’s eyes.  Not only are they enjoying the rotation classrooms, but they are also learning their memory verses and have retained many key points related to our lesson (Creation).

Our next rotation will be on “Adam and Eve”.  Beginning Sunday, February 1, your children will be learning the following concepts (list not all inclusive):

* Creation of first man and woman
* Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil vs. Tree of Life
* Temptation
* Sin and guilt
* God’s grace
* Memory verse: “I will seek You with all my heart; do not let me stray from Your commands.”      ~ Psalm 119:10

Please work with your child in learning the memory verse.  We will practice the memory verse on Sunday mornings, but for them to truly memorize the verse, they need your help at home during the week.

I also encourage you to read the story of Adam and Eve to your child, which can be found in Genesis 2:4-3:24.
